Dr Andrew Gronow was trained at the University of Melbourne and has been practicing Dentistry for over 35 years. Dr Gronow is passionate about providing you and your family with the highest standard of care and has built a strong reputation both locally within the community and internationally for his contributions to the art and science of dentistry. For his contributions he was inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2009.
Dr Gronow is a member of The Australian Dental Association as well as several other invitation only groups; serving as a committee member of The American Equilibration Society, an instructor for the American Society of Occlusal Studies and a member of the Chicago Dental Society. Dr Gronow is trained in implant placement, laser assisted dentistry, plate therapy, orthodontics for both braces and clear aligners and travels annually to the United States to further his knowledge in management of jaw dysfunction, complex restorative treatment and smile makeovers.

Dr Tess Byrne grew up in Melbourne and studied dentistry at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Dr Tess was awarded the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence in every year of her studies. Dr Tess won the national award for Outstanding Contribution to Indigenous Communities in 2010 for her work setting up a student run dental clinic in the community of Cherbourg. After completing her degree, Dr Tess moved back to Melbourne and started working at Toorak Fine Dentistry in 2011. Dr Tess was appointed as one of the two dentistry representatives on the national board of Future Health Leaders in 2011.
Dr Tess has always had an interest in paediatric and preventative dentistry, and is passionate about helping people overcome any dental fears or anxiety they may have. Dr Tess particularly loves treating children and enjoys the unique challenges of working with kids. Dr Tess truly looks forward to building positive dental relationships and experiences with all of her patients, and achieving optimal dental health outcomes.
Dr Tess had some time off in 2019 after having her beautiful son Rory, and she has recently returned to Toorak Fine Dentistry part time. Dr Tess is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry, and the Australian Dental Association, and she is committed to always continue to study and learn throughout her career.
